Designer "What made you start thinking about a walk-in tub?"
Paula, "Ads on tv. Also, the fact that I'm here in the hospital with a hip replacement... and I cannot stand up in the shower, and I cannot get out of our beautiful Jacuzzi tub in the master. So the alternative, since I want to age out in the house, is your walk-in tub ... Kohler is the best. There you go."
Designer: "How familiar are you with Kohler? Do you have any past experience?"
