From the humble beginnings of installing siding for a local contractor to working with some of the largest home improvement companies in the nation, Matt has experienced it all.
Lily tried to be helpful. Estimate was way off and I didn’t appreciate being told what the gratuity should be..
Moving truck took too long to arrive from NY to CA. Furniture (bookcases, large roll top desk, armoire, very large mirror etc.) received in damaged condition, baseball sized hole in top of armoire. NOT happy with this move at all as delivery was LATE, items were broken and we’re still going through the boxes to check for more damage.Would not recommend this moving company to anyone!! I could go on, but I would be reiterating. Lily tried to be helpful.
My goods are been held hostage for payment,.The sales person was pleasant and helpful, the others are insouciant.
Jets rude driver Miha Gulscinschi refused to deliver my goods after five days delay, claiming he cannot back up a trailer into a storage company yard in Naples, he demanded $500 for redelivery.
His operations manager back the demand for the $500.Would not recommend this moving company to anyone!! I could go on, but I would be reiterating.The sales person was pleasant and helpful, the others are insouciant.
