Job description

Commission only, earnings average $150-$200k+ – IN-HOME SALES – 2 year’s experience in sales highly desired but not mandatory. Run pre-set appointments, no cold calling. We are the fastest growing home improvement company in America (Inc. 5000 & Qualified Remodeler) that is looking for in-home sales reps/designers for our Denver and Grand Junction locations. Our sales average is over $20k and because we invest so much in our marketing you are able to close at a high percentage. We have too many leads! We are booking a couple of days out. Great demo rate and close rate. Great retention. We are family-owned so no red tape! Great opportunity to grow.

WE DO NOT COLD CALL. All the leads we call are generated from a marketing spend of over $3 million dollars a year. The demand to secure appointments is high but so are the rewards. We offer a solid base ranging from $15 – $18 per hour (to start) along with performance incentives, annual bonuses based on company performance, and a brand new health and wellness program that includes everything from meditation, dental, gym membership, and financial advisement.

No extensive travel at HomePride. We have jobs awaiting install RIGHT NOW all across the front-range, along the I-70 corridor to Grand Junction, and everywhere in between.

SAME DAY NEXT DAY PAY: $200, $250, or $300 per day based on performance

We have recently moved to Sacramento to accommodate our record growth and we are looking for someone to wear multiple hats as a Warehouse Manager and Project Coordinator! Come join the fun!   • Receive Product and Material, Inspect them / Confirm Installation Date & issue returns when needed
  • Enter A/R in various systems, run reports from Inventory Management System and Update the Management Team
  • Warehouse Installation Staging including Forklift, pallet jack work
  • Fill out Material Inventory Checklist and count/cycle inventory
  • Deposit money brought into branch location
  • Prepare installation packets for installers
  • Assist customers in showroom
  • Assist local operations manager
  • Ensure delightful customer experience
  • De-escalate customers, installers and sales reps
  • Other duties assigned

Who you are

  • Highly professional, diligent, and dependable
  • Able to build effective working relationships across the business and incredibly efficient with your time
  • Drive a 16 ft van. CDL needed!
  • Have a valid driver’s license w/ a clean motor vehicle record.
  • Able to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Own a modern smartphone.
  • Physically able to move up and down, including bending and lifting frequently (up to 75 lbs required)
  • Familiarity with Fishbowl Inventory or similar inventory system is a plus


  • 2-3 years of experience with inventory management and administrative duties
  • Excellent communication, with tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other industry software
  • Construction/home improvement experience is a highly desired

Pay: up to $45k per year with a $1,000 monthly pay for performance incentive
